Technology company Nothing has confirmed the first smartphone under its sub-brand CMF. According to a post that surfaced today, the CMF Phone 1 will be the first phone from this new brand.
The images shown in the post show that the CMF Phone 1 will come in Nothing’s signature orange color and will also have a rotating dial like the Nothing Buds case or the Nothing Neckband Pro. Also, it seems that vegan leather has been used in the design of the first CMF phone.
The post does not mention the launch date yet, it just says “coming soon”. However, it does say that “with Nothing’s innovation and great design, it will serve as a great entry point into our entire product ecosystem.”
Dial: Just for show or useful?
There is definitely a dial in the picture shown in the post. But it is not yet known whether this dial will work like a neckband pro or just to put a lanyard. It would be better if Nothing somehow makes this dial functional in the phone.

CMF Phone 1: What to expect
If rumors are to be believed, a lot has been leaked about the first smartphone of CMF by Nothing. It is being said that this phone will share some features of the recently launched Nothing Phone (2a). Also, this phone is likely to get a 6.67-inch display and 120Hz refresh rate.
It is speculated that the phone will have a 50MP main camera and a 16MP selfie camera. Apart from this, the phone can get up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is believed that it will also have features like Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, Dual 5G.
